Ever since I founded A  Wise Apothecary, Color Puppy Candles, and Soaps (formerly Your Color Puppy), I have had one goal: ensuring a consistent variety of fantastic items and unique, limited edition, and seasonal merchandise that fits any budget. We’re proud of how far we’ve come and remain committed to adding more great products to our stock year after year.

     I hand-craft my products from quality materials in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I use materials that are committed to you, the environment, and the animals that live here.  

     My products contain various ingredients, such as soy wax, fragrance, essential oils, carrier oils, candle dyes, mica colorants,  glass vessels, paper labels, and wooden lids from reputable suppliers.  All supplier information is available upon request.  And while I strive to use only natural products, I must confess, on occasion I do use a preservative, Opthifan to be exact, in shampoos only becuase without it, DIY shampoos only last a few days to a couple of weeks and that is stored properly.

     My Company is young and is growing.  I designed and painted the logo design, and it probably shows in detail. But, life is meant to be enjoyed, so I say, live messy and, of course, always in color.
